Denese and Nicholas Colangelo opened their doors in October of 2007. Continuing a legacy of great Italian dining in the Strip Colangelo's is a family business full of experience. Thirty years of baking for Nicholas complimented by Denese's 15 plus years of traditional Italian culinarian expertise make this small, airy bistro not to be missed. The scratch-made pizza, pasta, salads, soups, sandwiches and pastries are all freshly prepared with ingredients from other Strip District merchants. When was your last great meal?
